武陵酒,中國十七大名酒之一。1952年,武陵酒公司在原常德市酒廠崔婆酒釀造的舊酒坊上建成, 1972年武陵酒之父、中國白酒大師鮑沛生先生在師法傳統醬香白酒釀造工藝的基礎上,自主創新研制出獨具風格的“名貴焦香、純凈柔 和、體感輕松、健康優雅“的醬香武陵酒,1988年在全國第五屆評酒會上評分超過茅臺,榮獲中國名酒稱號、獲得國家質量金獎,從此結 束了湖南省沒有“中國名酒”的歷史。
湖南武陵酒有限公司,坐落于風景秀麗的常德德山,現有員工1300余人,國家級白酒評委3人、湖南省白酒評委14人、一級品酒師5人、高級釀酒師3人,各類專業技術人員57人,歷經半個多世紀的發展,已成為一家集產品系列化、包裝系列化和生產標準化的大型酒類生產企業。產品主要有醬香武陵酒—武陵元帥、武陵上醬、武陵中醬、武陵少醬、武陵王系列、琥珀系列等。
2020年5月占地面積500畝的“武陵酒釀酒技改基地”正式啟動建設,2021年9月,武陵酒新廠一期順利建成投產,整體建成后釀酒將超6600噸,儲酒能力45000噸。整體項目采用先進、人性化設計理論,設計成為工業生產,體驗營銷和景觀設計為理念,逐步建設成集酒類生產,工業展示,科技研發,生態旅游,文化博覽等功能為一體的綜合性生態型產業園區,成為全國叫的響醬酒基地,我們有品牌自信、文化自信、路徑自信,未來必將扛起湘酒振興的旗幟,助力武陵酒成為國內一流的高端白酒品牌。
露天儲酒罐區
2350噸武陵酒露天儲酒罐區,由16個百噸級,且大小不一的酒罐組成。
釀出來的新酒露天儲存在這些大罐中,露天的儲酒罐不僅僅用來儲存原酒,它還有一個重要的作用,那就是在新酒產出一年后,在這里對它進行盤勾組合,以減小不同輪次和不同級別的酒的差別。
釀酒車間
要釀造出好的醬酒,必須要有好的窖池,窖池越老,酒體越醇,武陵釀酒窖池長4米、寬2米、深3米,池壁材質為本地紅砂石。曲為酒之骨,水為酒之血,糧是酒之肉,藝為酒之神。武陵酒采用“12987”工藝,其精髓為“四高三長”。
地下酒窖
地下酒窖恒溫恒濕,使原酒處于恒定狀態,酒分子締合緊密,飲用更加舒適,同時,儲酒的酒壇布有無數微孔,有助原酒的呼吸吐納,從而形成更多風味物質,使武陵酒更加幽雅迷人。
武陵酒文化博物館
酒博物館總面積390平方米。
館內設計理念為新中式風格,是傳統與現代的結合,為您更好的展示武陵酒的歷史文化和釀酒文化。分為品鑒武陵美酒的“時代洞鑒”廳;介紹武陵酒釀造工藝的“山高水長”廳、“天地共釀”廳;代表武陵酒釀酒理念的“匠人醬心”廳和“斗轉星移”廳;見證武陵酒品牌榮譽的“醬香傳奇”廳等。
Company Profile
Wuling Jiu is one of the seventeen famous liquors in China. In 1952, Wuling Jiu Company was built on the old winery brewed by Cui Po Liquor, the former Changde winery. In 1972, Mr. Bao Peisheng, the father of Wuling Jiu and Chinese liquor master, independently innovated and developed a unique style sauce-flavored Wuling Jiu with "precious burnt aroma, pure and soft taste, relaxed feeling, healthy and elegant" on the basis of learning the traditional Maotai-flavor liquor brewing process. In 1988, it scored more than Maotai at the fifth National Wine Appraisal Conference, won the title of Chinese famous liquor, and the National Quality Gold Award. Since then, it ended the history of no "Chinese famous liquor" in Hunan Province.
Hunan Wuling Jiu Co., Ltd. is located in the beautiful Deshan of Changde. There are more than 1,000 employees, including more than 70 professional and technical personnel such as national-level sommeliers, provincial-level sommeliers, and senior winemakers. After more than half a century of development, it has become a large-scale wine production enterprise integrating product serialization, packaging serialization and production standardization. The main products are Maotai-flavor Wuling Jiu—Marshal Wuling, General Wuling, Lieutenant General Wuling, Major General Wuling, King Wuling series, Amber series, etc.
In May 2020, the construction of the "Wuling Jiu Brewing Technical Transformation Base" covering an area of 500 acres was officially launched. In September 2021, the first phase of the new Wuling Jiu factory was successfully completed and put into operation. After the overall completion, the winemaking will exceed 6,600 tons, and the wine storage capacity will be 45,000 tons. The overall project adopts advanced as well as humanized design theory, the concepts of designing into industrial production, experience marketing and landscape design, and gradually builds into a comprehensive ecological system integrating wine production, industrial display, technology research and development, eco-tourism, cultural exposition and other functions. It has become a nationally famous Maotai-flavor liquor base. We have brand confidence, cultural confidence, and path confidence. In the future, we will carry the banner of the revitalization of Hunan wine and make Wuling Jiu to become a first-class high-end liquor brand in China.
Open-air liquor storage tank area
The 2,350-ton Wuling Jiu open-air storage tank area consists of 16 100-ton liquor tanks of different sizes.
The brewed new liquor is stored in these large tanks in the open air. The open-air liquor storage tank is not only used to store the original liquor, but also has an important function, that is, after the new liquor is produced for one year, it is combined here in order to reduce the difference between different rounds and different grades of liquor.
Brewing Workshop
To brew good sauce liquor, a good cellar is very important. The older the cellar, the more mellow the liquor will be. The Wuling Jiu cellar is 4 meters long, 2 meters wide, and 3 meters deep. The wall material is local red sandstone. The specific favor of liquor is closely related to the pure distiller’s yeast, mineral water, high-quality rice and exquisite winemaking craft. Wuling Jiu adopts the "12987" process, and its essence is "four high and three long".
Underground liquor cellar
The constant temperature and humidity of the underground liquor cellar keeps the original liquor in a constant state. The liquor molecules are closely associated, and the taste is more velvety. Meanwhile, the jar is clothed with numerous micropores, which contribute to the original liquor breathing and then developing more flavor substances. All of that make Wuling Jiu taste more elegant and charming.
Wuling Jiu Culture Museum
The museum has a total area of 390 square meters.
The design concept of the museum is new Chinese style, which is a combination of tradition and modernity, so as to better display the history and winemaking culture of Wuling Jiu for you. It is divided into the "Times Cave" hall for tasting; the "Mountain High Water Long" hall and the "Heaven and Earth Brewing" hall which introduce the brewing process of Wuling Jiu; "Craftsman Ingenuity " and "Passage of Time" halls, which represent the brewing concept of Wuling Jiu; "Legend of Sauce Fragrance" hall , which witnesses the honor of Wuling Jiu brand, etc.
